Africanis

Average: 4.6 (5 votes)

Dating back to 4700 BC, the Africanis has not been recognized as a breed but more as an umbrella for all aboriginal dogs descending from Africa. The correct size for the breed is not exactly known because many ranges have been seen. The Africanis is a very cost effective breed because they do not need special care or food and do not usually require much more than initial vaccines because they have developed natural resistance. The breed likes to stick close to human beings that have taken them in.
