Alopekis

The breed originated in Greece during the proto-Hellenic era (2800-200 BC) where the breed occurred by natural selection in the Greek streets but are now carefully bred today. The small, multi-purpose dog stands at 8 to 12 inches and weigh 6 to 16 pounds. The Alopekis can adapt as a working farm dog or apartment lover.
