Chiweenie

The hybrid or designer breed is the result of crossing a Chihuahua with a Dachshund. Since the Chiweenie is a hybrid, the name may sometimes be misleading because it is not always guaranteed that the breed will be of 50/50 bloodlines due to the popularity of multi-generation breeding. Because a Chiweenie is a hybrid it is easiest to possibly determine their size and disposition by researching the two parent breeds.
