The hybrid or designer breed is the result of crossing a Chinese Shar-Pei with a Cocker Spaniel. The Cocker-Pei weighs an average of 45 pounds when fully grown, though to fully understand the characteristics of the Cocker-Pei it is best to research the parent breeds.
