Lithuanian Hound

No votes yet

Originally, Lithuanian hunters bred local big game hounds with Beagles, Polish Hounds, Bloodhounds, and Russian Hounds to recreate the original type Curlandish Hound, which was a specific sight hound. The heavy boned Lithuanian Hound weighs 60 to 75 pounds and stand 21 to 24 inches tall. The hound is very persistent within hunting, but is still pleasant around families.
