Mucuchies

Average: 4 (3 votes)

The direct origin of the breed is unclear but it is thought that in the 1900s Venezuelan herders brought various types of livestock guarding dogs to Spain where they were most likely cross bred with the Great Pyrenees, Pyrenean Mastiff, and the Spanish Mastiff. The white or gray coated Mucuchies breed weighs 66 to 110 pounds and stands 22 to 28 inches tall. The active breed does well with families and children when properly socialized and also need a significant amount of daily exercise.
