Seppala Siberian Sleddog

Average: 5 (1 vote)

The breed was bred by the legendary dog driver Leonhard Seppala who imported dogs into Alaska from eastern Siberia, which had became popular for their domination of the All-Alaska Sweepstakes distance race in 1914 to 1917. The moderately sized Seppala Siberian Sleddog stands 22 to 23 inches tall and weighs 40 to 50 pounds. The breed is very active and energetic, but are still docile and easily trainable at the same time.

Fabulous! Right now, we're fostering the most amanzig senior Collie. She is calm enough for a nine-year-old to walk on a leash, yet she can party with our hyper Brittany. She needs a little medicine, but it's no problem at all. She loves attention, doesn't jump on anyone, is housebroken, crate-trained, etc. etc. Just like the dogs on the video, she's the perfect dog for the right family. Look for Sparkles on PetFinder.
