German Pinscher

Originally from Germany, this breed is smaller than the Doberman, but bigger than the Miniature Pinscher and like most dogs almost went extinct after the World War, but was later revived. The German Pinscher stands between 16 and 19 inches tall and weighs 25 to 35 pounds. This breed naturally protects the home and its family.
