Japanese Chin

Average: 4 (5 votes)

First developed in its native land of China, the Japanese Chin is wrapped in royalty and adoration, where their sole purpose was to be companions of the wealthy. It is said that this dog could not be bought in ancient times, but only given as gifts to people that supplied outstanding service to the Japanese. This small dog likes to show off, standing at 8 to 11 inches tall and weighing between 4 and 15 pounds. This breed is a very devote family companion.
