McNab

The breed was first developed in Southern California in the late 1800s by the Alexander McNab family from collies brought from their Native Scotland to focus on herding. The readily herding McNab weighs 35 to 70 pounds. The breed is usually red or black with white markings and does well with families, but are happiest when doing a job.
