Olde English Bulldogge

Average: 1 (1 vote)

In 1971 David Leavitt, of Coatesville, Pennsylvania began work on recreating the bulldog from the 1100s that had died out after the ban of blood sports, that would have the look of the old breed, but with a less aggressive temperament. The muscular, medium-sized Olde English Bulldogge weighs 50 to 80 pounds and stands 16 to 20 inches tall. The breed is very friendly and loving with proper socialization, but may show aggression to other dogs of the same sex.
