Polish Hound

The breed calls Poland home, where they were indigenous since the 14th century as an ancient breed of hunting hound. The medium to large sized Polish hound weighs 55 to 71 pounds and stands 21 to 26 inches tall. Though the breed is primarily a hunter, they do make loving companions and pets. The Polish hound would do best in a rural or urban setting.
