Cairn Terrier

Best known as Toto from the Wizard of Oz, Cairn Terriers originated in Scotland. They were originally used for ridding pests from farms. This breed of dog is easy to train and is very obedient. They are all colors but white, and stand about 10 inches tall and weigh around 14 pounds. They will love their family unconditionally, but may try to test boundaries.
