Russian Toy Terrier

During the 20th century, Toy Terriers became almost extinct. But the rebirth of the breed in Russia produced a new creation, the long-haired or smooth haired Russian Toy Terrier. The loving, toy sized breed weighs 3 to 6 pounds and stands 8 to 10 inches tall. Just because the Russian Toy Terrier is small doesn't mean they don't need adequate exercise, a long daily walk suits the breed well. The dainty breed does well in apartments and is a truly wonderful companion for any family.
