Swedish Vallhund

Average: 3 (1 vote)

The breed was first introduced by the Vikings to Wales in the 800s, where the Swedish Vallhund was used as a cattle driver, ratter, and watchdog. The active, little dogs weigh 25 to 35 pounds and stand 12 to 16 inches tall. The responsive Swedish Vallhund is very intelligent and loving, the breed craves attention and love from their owners. Also, being a highly active breed is is encouraged to keep them that way, therefore a large amount of exercise is needed to maintain a happy Swedish Vallhund.
